Warranty/Liability Information
 

     Envive provides a standard one year limited warranty which covers the parts and workmanship for every media center computer we sell. This standard warranty requires that the computer be returned to Envive for repair.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Envive.  Envive will repair and ship the computer back to the customer within 3-working days of receipt of the computer.  Envive will use the same shipping method selected by the customer for shipment to Envive.  If the computer is returned to Envive by Next Day Air then we will ship it back by Next Day.

 

     Envive offers upgraded warranty options for customers to choose a warranty package that best meets their individual needs.  These options include onsite service and up to 3-year coverage.  You may purchase an upgrade to your warranty anytime during the 90-days of ownership from the original purchase date on your E-Center Product invoice. Our onsite warranty is a Next Business Day warranty service to get your system repaired quickly.  Envive will ship the replacement part to the customer in a shipping container with a pre-paid return shipping label.  Our service technician will call to schedule the onsite repair work.  The technician will replace the failed items and give the customer these items to return with the pre-paid shipping label.

 

Replacement products used for repair may be new or refurbished at Envive’s discretion.

 

This warranty is limited and does not cover:

• Merchandise which is damaged by external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse including, but not limited to, force majeure events or acts of God.

• Defective, faulty, or unusable merchandise caused by un-authorized servicing or maintenance.

• Any usage that is not in accordance with product instructions, setup, or normal use.

• Any damage, death, or personal injury or other harm resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided with your Envive product

• Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied, supported, or sold by Envive or its subsidiaries or partners.

• Products for which Envive has not received full payment.

 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.  Envive, Inc reserves the right to modify, nullify, or void any part of this warranty at any time.
