Our Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Envive guarantees all merchandise sold through our online store under the following terms. Please keep the following in mind before purchasing or returning any item.
• Envive guarantees a total satisfaction return policy within 5 days from the date you receive the merchandise, with no restocking fee.
• For purchases not defective and returned after 5 days and up to 30 days after delivery, Envive will charge a 20% restocking fee.
• If merchandise is defective within the first 30 days, the unit will be replaced with a NEW unit.
• After the 30 day period has ended, merchandise will be repaired or replaced as covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Important: Items that have been damaged, not in “as new” condition, and have missing components cannot be accepted for a return or replacement.
• Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any documentation, including manuals, software, accessories, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. This does not include accessories that were purchased on the same order, unless the item was sold as a package.
• Original shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed on any returns or replacements. If the item featured free shipping, a sum equivalent to the shipping cost of the item will be deducted at the time of return.
• Shipping costs on any returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Envive must issue an RMA for all returns. Customers must contact Envive to receive an RMA number and place it on the outside of the package before returning any item. Further information regarding your return will be provided at the time of RMA Issuance. Please Contact Us for a RMA # and Shipping information.
Envive recommends shipping your packages via UPS.com. Any carrier, however, which will insure and track your package, may be used to return a product. Please insure any item with an original value of $100 or more. Envive will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. It is the responsibility of the sender to file any damage or lost package claims with the shipping party. Envive, Inc will notify you if the package arrives with damage.
In the instance where Envive issues a replacement, your new item will be shipped once Envive receives the original merchandise in the condition agreed upon when the RMA is issued.
Please allow a maximum of 1-2 weeks, from the time of shipment, for the processing of a return. Once the credit has been processed, an Email stating that we have credited your account will be sent to your primary email address. Envive will contact you via Email if any further questions or information is required.
