Envive's OEM Services Division is a full service Design, Manufacturing, Test, Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management, and Warranty service organization capable of engaging customers at all levels.
At Envive, the OEM Services Division will work with customers though the entire life cycle process of custom computer solutions including customer specific and application specific designs.
We design Application Specific computers for a wide range of markets including:

For new desgins, Sales and Engineering will work with the customer to develop a design specification which lists the hardware and software components. The process of developing the design specification will cover areas including the form, fit and function of the system as well as the desired cost.
Items such as CPU capacity, memory and storage requirements, I/O devices, power and environmental considerations as well as the ability to support the supply chain and warranty services are considered during the process of approving the Design Specification.
Once the Design Specification is complete, Envive will manufacture a Prototype for customer approval and will work with the customer to install application specific and/or customer proprietary software. Envive will then create an image of the custom software load and archive that image in a controlled library for use when creating multiple units.
Envive will develop a quality control plan to test every system to the customer’s level of satisfaction immediately after completing the manufacturing process. This includes industry approved testing programs designed to burn in the computer which is designed to catch out of the box failures before they reach the customer.
