Envive guarantees a total satisfaction return policy within 5 days from the date you receive the merchandise, with no restocking fee!

•  For purchases not defective and returned after 5 days and up to 30 days after delivery, Envive will charge a 20% restocking fee.

•  If merchandise is defective within the first 30 days, the unit will be replaced with a BRAND NEW unit.

•  After the 30 day period has ended, merchandise will be repaired or replaced as covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
